Description
Construction, completion and maintenance of the motorway section between Kuwait City and Abdaly including the upgrading of approximately 24.60 km of the current Abdaly Highway from a 3-lane dual carriageway to a 5-lane dual carriageway, construction of two four-leaf clover junctions and a roundabout junction. On each of the four-leaf clover junctions there are two parallel bridges (113 m) and two other parallel bridges (164 m) for the junction of the roundabout.
