Whistleblowing

ITINERA S.p.A. promotes a culture of legality through its zero tolerance of behaviour in contrast with the ethical principles adopted by the company and its compliance with the rules and regulations in force. Therefore, the Company has implemented a system for handling reports concerning behaviour, acts or omissions that damage the public interest or the integrity of ITINERA S.p.A.

Reports can be made as follows:

  • written or oral report through a digital platform (preferred reporting channel)

Access to the Whistleblowing platform

  • report made by ordinary or registered mail, confidential and personal, addressed to the Head of the Internal Audit Function or to the Chairman of the Supervisory Body if the Head of the Internal Audit Function is the subject of the report itself (the “Recipient”) to the following address:

  • oral report during a meeting with the Recipient.

 

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, the Whistleblowing process guarantees the maximum protection and confidentiality of both the reporting and the reported persons and of the subject of the reports and does not tolerate retaliatory behaviours against the reporting party.
