06 Feb 2023 Towards Foody 2025: Itinera construction site visited by the Mayor of Milan
On the occasion of the Inauguration Ceremony of Foody 2025 new logistic platforms, Milan Mayor, Giuseppe Sala, visited today the construction site of the new Fruit and Vegetable Market in town. This area will host the first of two fruit and vegetable pavilions, named NP01, being built by Itinera and Euroimpianti, both companies of ASTM Group.
Pavilion 1, 462 m long and 91 m wide, will have a rectangular floor plan with a built area of nearly 48.000 square meters, hosting more than 100 points of sale. This work is part of the larger project to redevelop the Milan Agrifood Market.
Foody 2025, in fact, will become a real agrifood hub on the models of large European markets. Designed according to the values of food quality and safety, environmental sustainability and innovation, the project will meet the needs of Italian and international companies and professionals.
